Patrick was an outstanding host from start to finish. The home was exactly as described and even more beautiful in person, with incredible views and a peaceful setting that made for a truly relaxing stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, which made it easy to settle in right away. Communication was smooth, and Patrick was warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire visit. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests’ experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Patrick was a fantastic host! He communicated promptly after booking and sent information prior to our stay with their digital guidebook which had plenty of recommendations. It was a very smooth check-in and check-out process. The house was clean, comfortable, and had incredible views. You're tucked away in this quiet neighborhood and are very close to the popular areas of Sedona. There was plenty of extra blankets if that's needed, had essential amenities, and the house felt very "airy" with the tall ceilings and open floor plan. I would highly recommend staying at Patrick's place in Sedona and will be staying here again on our next visit! In an area that has plenty of AirBnB options, this one's a gem!

This was a great place to stay. My friends and I enjoyed ourselves and we couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. The rooms were amazing and the view was absolutely stunning. The host was very accommodating and was very helpful throughout the stay. We would definitely stay here 100 times over.

My wife and daughter had a great time in Sedona at Patrick’s place! We loved being in the mountain and taking a hike to see the sunset behind the house to see cathedral rock! Patrick was a great host and very communicative. Easy to get to downtown Sedona. Would highly recommend and stay again!

My family had a great time staying at PATRICKS HOUSE in Sedona. The hike at nearby Crescent Moon is SUPER FUN including a wade thru shallow water to scale up the backside of CATHEDRAL ROCK avoiding shuttles and crowds. The location is beautiful peaceful but close to other activities we enjoyed FIDDLER ON THE ROCKS, safari jeep tours with Rob, ez rider electric bikes and skiing in flagstaff. We cooked most of our meals kitchen has everything you will need and we all slept comfortably. We enjoyed playing the games provided. Patrick is super responsive and helpful. Thank you Patrick!

We had a great stay in Gatlinburg this weekend! The place was very clean and well taken care of. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free. The location was perfect—only about a 15-minute drive to downtown Gatlinburg, with plenty of options and fun things to do nearby. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay! The cabin was just as presented and was within close driving distance to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. My friends and I hiked Mt. Leconte while we were there and it was really nice to come home to the hot tub for our aching legs. Would definitely stay here again!
