- A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags will be available in the Property to cover your first few nights. Guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies and all food and beverages. - Maximum of three (3) cars are allowed in the driveway. No street parking or blocking the sidewalk. Please do not park any vehicles, including golf carts on the grass lawn. - Fireworks are not permitted on the property - Trash bins should be pulled to the curb early morning on trash days (Tue & Fri) or the night before and brought back by the evening that same day. - The pool is use at your own risk. The hosts are not responsible for any injuries resulting from use of the pool. - You are obligated to abide by all of the requirements of the city of Destin, Okaloosa County, as well as state and federal law - Guests must be 23 years of age or older (this does not include children accompanied by their parents) - The pool is equipped with a heater which can be turned on for no additional fee. The heater will run from 8am to 6pm. Let us know if you'd like the pool heater to be turned on prior to or during your stay. - Please do not put tape or any adhesives on the walls, doors or trim inside of the house (e.g. to hang signs)

Please note there is a maximum of 3 vehicles in the driveway (a golf cart counts as 1 vehicle). If You have multiple large SUVs or trucks please inquire us to make sure there's space for you to park safely on the driveway :)
