A 6-seat polywood dining table with market umbrella sits next to the pool, and string lights turn the patio into a quiet party space after sunset. The outdoor shower handles the post-beach rinse-off (you'll use it every day and wonder how you ever vacationed without one). - Primary guest must be 23 years or older. Children with their parents are welcome regardless of age. - The pool is used at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries resulting from use of the pool. Please supervise children at all times. No glass in or near the pool area. - The pool is heated free, year-round. We turn the heater up automatically in cooler months so it's warm when you arrive. The heater runs 8 AM to 6 PM. - Maximum 3 vehicles in the driveway (a golf cart counts as 1). No street parking, no blocking the sidewalk, and no parking on the grass. - Please clean up after your pet in the yard and on neighborhood walks. Please don't leave pets unattended in the home for extended periods. - No fireworks on the property. - No tape, nails, or adhesives on walls, doors, or trim. - Please lock the doors when you leave and at night. - Please leave the AC between 72 and 78 degrees when away for the day to help manage humidity. - Trash pickup is Tuesday and Friday. Please pull bins to the curb early on trash day or the night before, and bring them back the same evening. - A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and coffee K-cups is provided to cover your first few nights. Additional supplies, food, and beverages are on you. - Guests agree to abide by all city of Destin, Okaloosa County, state, and federal laws.
