Bedrooms (4) & Bathrooms (3.5) At Bear Cloud, the main level features a king suite with a pack-n-play and a second bedroom with a queen and full-size bed, both with cordless blinds and 55" smart TVs. Enjoy stunning mountain views from this level. There's also a full bathroom with a tub/shower and a half bathroom. The main level family room has a queen-size pull-out couch. The lower level boasts a spacious king and queen suite, both with ample closet space, dressers, hangers, and ceiling fans. The bathrooms on this level have tub/showers and include shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryers. A baby bath is also available for the little ones. Multi-level Decks Enjoy the fresh mountain air and stunning views from the spacious outdoor decks on each level of the house, complete with rocking chairs and swings. The top level deck features a gas grill and dining table, perfect for outdoor entertainment. Living & Dining Rooms (main level) Unwind in the light-filled living room with breathtaking long-range mountain views, vaulted cabin ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and a plush leather sectional that's perfect for lounging after a day of hiking and activities. Take a dip in the 6-person hot tub under the stars while enjoying your favorite tunes on the Bluetooth speakers. The indoor dining area features a dining table for 6, bar seating for 4, and a high chair for the little ones. Kitchen (main level) Begin your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or tea. Our kitchen is equipped with a Mr Coffee coffee maker, an electric kettle, and an assortment of coffee and tea. The kitchen also features a built-in microwave, a dishwasher, a stove, and is fully stocked with all the cookware, dishware, and utensils you need to prepare your favorite family meals. If you prefer to grill outdoors, a gas grill is available on the deck. Game Room (lower level) Discover downstairs for endless fun with shuffleboard, foosball, and a cozy leather sectional in front of the fireplace and a 65" smart TV. Keep your clothes clean with the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer.

- Keep your car doors and front door of property closed & lock as there are occasional black bears in the neighborhood. - The hot tub is use at your own risk. PLEASE DO NOT splash water in the hot tub and keep the area around the hot tub completely dry at all times. DRY OFF completely with towels before exiting the hot tub room. Guests will be charged for water damage to the wood floors and / or flooding as a result of hot tub use. - Guests may bring 2 well behaved dogs that are < 100 lbs each for a 1 time pet fee of $100. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and must be crated when left alone in the house. Guests are responsible for picking up all dog waste on the property and disposing in outdoor trash bin. - Garbage must be placed in the proper receptacles INSIDE the property and should not be left outdoors as it will attract bears and other wildlife. At the conclusion of your stay, place used trash bags in the outdoor trash bin located on the front porch and securely close lid using the metal clip to keep away bears and other animals. Garbage left on the grounds will result in additional fees. - A starter supply of coffee, toilet paper and trash liners will be available in the cabin to cover your first night or 2. Guest is responsible for additional supplies and all food and beverages. - Quiet hours are from 09:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Fireworks are not permitted at any time. - Parking is limited to 4 vehicles - Please do not sit on kitchen countertops & please return all furniture to its original location. - Please do not place pots & pans in the dishwasher & refrain from using metal utensils on pots & pans. - Do not turn stove higher than medium-high when using pots & pans - The gas fireplace is available for use from October through March. Fireplace must be turned off anytime you are not in the family room. - Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. You will be charged additional fees if you clog toilets / septic tank by flushing anything other than human waste and toilet paper - To keep the hot tub in great condition during your stay, we recommend rinsing off prior to entering the hot tub. Do not enter the hot tub alone. Please keep the hot tub cover on when not in use. Do not sit on or place anything on top of the hot tub cover. No diapers in the hot tub. - Unsupervised children are not permitted in the hot tub. Hot tub temperature should never be set higher than 103 degrees.
