The bedrooms share a large bathroom with 2 sinks, a shower and a separate bath tub. The primary bedroom has a brand new pack-n-play equipped with a changing table and bassinet. It also has french doors which open onto 1 of 3 outdoor terraces. The casita features 2 twin beds, a ping pong table, lots of light and beautiful views. The second bathroom is on the 1st level and has a separate toilet and shower. All bathrooms have basic toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, soap & hair dryers. We want to ensure comfort for each and every guest, including the little ones, so a baby bath is also available for your use. Living & Dining Rooms The focal point of the living and dining room is the floor to ceiling cathedral windows with views of Thunder and Pyramid mountains. These windows were designed and installed by the same individual who installed the windows in the famous Chapel of the Holy Cross. The living room has a big screen smart TV with cable, DVD player and streaming services such as Netflix & YouTube. Indoor dining area includes dining table for 6 and a high chair is also available at the property. Kitchen Start your day with a fresh cup of coffee or make a smoothie using the blender. Kitchen features a Keurig k pod coffee maker, separate ground coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher with disposal, wine cooler, crock pot, blender and is fully stocked with all utensils including sippy cups for the kiddos! - Soul of Sedona is located in a quiet beautiful quintessentially Sedona area. Please keep in mind there are people who call this spot home so please be respectful of neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9am. - Sedona is a DARK Sky community. After 9pm please turn off all outside lights unless you are sitting outside and make sure all outdoor lights are off when you retire for the night. This is a county ordinance. - Guests may bring up to 2 well behaved dogs < 75 lbs for a 1 time pet fee of $115. Dogs are not allowed on furniture. Guests are responsible for picking up all dog waste on the property and disposing in outdoor trash bin. - You will find “starter” supplies such as paper products and all soaps. If you are staying more than a few days, you may need to purchase extra. - Trash bin is at the bottom of the driveway to the left. Please leave the bin where it is. We do pay extra to have sorting of recyclables so there is not a separate recycling bin. - FIRES and FIRE SAFETY: Before lighting ANY fire ( inside or outside) check for any restrictions in the area. Sedona Fire dot org- look at the top of the page and you'll see any restrictions highlighted red.) Do not light any fire if a fire ban is in place. Fire bans are issued because conditions are dangerous in regards to wildfires and the Fire Marshall will issue steep fines or worse! All residents of Sedona are on high alert for violations. - The fireplace is operational. We have detailed instructions on starting and burning a safe fire. Please READ all instructions before starting a fire! There is a fire pit outside. Never ever leave a fire inside or outside unattended and ALWAYS make sure the screens are on. Always make sure fire is 100% out before leaving it!! There may be firewood available at the house but we do NOT guarantee that it will be stocked. You can buy firewood at the quick markets and the grocery store a few minutes away. Sedona is ALWAYS concerned about wildfire. - GRILLING and BBQ info- There's both a propane and charcoal grill on the property. We restock the propane when in Sedona but I do not guarantee that there will be propane and we do not provide charcoal. If you use the grill, please clean it. That helps keep the critters away! The local markets have charcoal and there are several gas stations in town that swap tanks. Speedway - 2960 W Hwy 89 A Sedona, - Please return all furniture to its original location. - Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. You will be charged additional fees if you clog toilets / septic tank by flushing anything other than human waste and toilet paper

Please note that there are 2 sets of stairs leading from the parking area to the home. Children & older people may have trouble if they have mobility issues. Please view photos to see the stairs. Please be advised that this home is in a very natural setting and because of that you will see critters both big ( deer, coyotes, javelinas) and small (snakes, squirrels, bats, birds and all kinds of insects). We use natural pesticides but even with that ( especially in summer months) you may discover a few small visitors in the home as they seek shelter from the summer heat and or monsoons. The home is very clean but this is life in Sedona!
