Great location, minutes walk to the beach. House had a nice washer and dryer, which is a nice plus. We traveled with our 7 pound Yorkie, and chose this place for the heated pool . Be aware the beach here is NOT dog friendly. That was the only downside of our vacation. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. All and all great stay.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home! The layout was spacious and the home was very clean. Great views all around and was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. My favorite part was the short hike behind the house to Slick Rock to view Cathedral Rock. I did it everyday and it was one of the main reasons we booked this place. It was peaceful and nice to be out of the crowds. Thank you for our amazing stay!

The home was spotless, charming, and had a perfect relaxed beach vibe—exactly what we were looking for. Everything was well kept and comfortable, making it easy to unwind and enjoy our stay. The host was excellent—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay in Gatlinburg was fantastic. The modern cabin was just as advertised, was very clean, and super comfortable. We even enjoyed watching a large black bear lumber past the cabin! Patrick was incredibly responsive and a fantastic host. We would definitely return, and would happily recommend the cabin to friends and family.

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb in Sedona. This property was very peaceful and clean, with upgraded kitchen, beautiful main bathroom and stunning views from inside and outside the house. Would love to stay here again!

We loved our stay and are already dreaming of coming back. There was so much explore within walking distance and easy to get to the west side of Sedona for dining. Patrick and Maria gave great recommendations and advice and have a beautiful home for relaxing and embracing the natural beauty of Sedona. This is a gem of a place that should be top of your list when visiting the area.

I’m so glad we picked Patrick’s place for our trip to Sedona! It was very clean, well equipped and a great space for our family (two adults, one 10yr old). It’s a wonderful location, just minutes from town by car yet really peaceful. Our favorite part is you literally walk out the door onto a trail to a gorgeous view of Cathedral Rock and surrounding area - we did that nearly every day! Patrick was also very responsive and check in and out was a breeze. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Close to all of the best trails in Sedona with an extra bonus of being able to walk to an overlook of Cathedral Rock. Great views for sunset with outdoor area as well. Would absolutely stay again!

Great place for our family mountain adventure. Very convenient to Gatlinburg, pigeon forge, and the national park. The space itself was very roomy and had everything our family of 4 needed. Would 100% recommend.

Booked our first house for vacation and it was a great experience. Pet friendly and spacious- loved the fenced in yard for our pups. We stayed during Spring Break, and the location was great. Nice area, walking distance to the beach and shops.
